Warranty for IQOS DUO is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If the device is out of order or does not work correctly, try to go through online diagnostics and update the firmware. But even if that doesn't work don't worry, it won't need any repair. We will simply replace it with a new IQOS under warranty.
